A plastic surgery addicted influencer and OnlyFans model has taken her extreme body modifications to the next level by tattooing her eyeball.
Mary Magdalene, 32, unveiled her eye-watering inking on Instagram this week in a selfie to her 203,000 followers.
In the image, Mary holds her left eye open to reveal that the whitesclera of her eye had been tattooed black.
The Mexican-born bombshell already has most of her body tattooed, and in recent months has been inking her arms and breasts in pure black ink - similar to the style of rapper Machine Gun Kelly.
There's been an alarming and dangerous trend in eye tattoos recently, with Australian model Amber Luke and mom-of-fiveAnaya Petersonboth risking blindness to ink their eyeballs.

Mary's fans were shocked by her latest tattoo, with one writing, 'I wish you wouldn't have done it lol I mean you do you boo but IDK wasn't expecting that.'
Another commented, 'That’s a bridge too far for me. I can’t watch you keep this stuff from here. I wish you all the best in this life.'
Responding to fans, Mary said that her eyeball inking was 'permanent' and here to stay.
'Colors can be changed but not removed, very permanent hon,' she explained.
Another follower warned Mary that her income on OnlyFans would soon 'dry up' and that she'd have a hard time finding a regular job due to her appearance.
Firing back, Mary wrote, 'There's a simp for every genre of women. As long as men are alive women will thrive. I LOVE SIMPS.'

Last year, Mary opened up about how her addiction to plastic surgery nearly killed her and revealed the steps she was taking to have botched procedures reversed.
In March 2023, she had her size-38J breast implants removed when one of them burst - leaving her with a uniboob.
She confirmed at the time: 'I have had huge implants for so long so it was a scary change but I am so happy with it. Shopping is fun now cuz I can fit in cute tops.'
However, within several months Mary had decided to enlarge her breasts again and got expanders put into her chest.
Expanders are a type of inflatable implant with a port on the side that are able to be filled with saline using a syringe, allowing them to become bigger and bigger.
It came weeks after Mary told her fans how her dangerous addiction to plastic surgery almost killed her and ruined her financially after spending more than $150,000 on procedures.
In an emotional post, the former escort admitted she'd been 'trapped in a never-ending cycle' of plastic surgery and was constantly going under the knife to fix botched procedures.
'It's not a fun little adventure anymore, it's just draining in every possible way,' she said.
'My time gets drained, my bank account, my energy, my health. And in the long run, you just kind of end up digging yourself into a really expensive time-consuming hole.'

Mary, who was recovering in hospital after her breast reduction, said she was 'super happy' with the results of her downgrade so far and was feeling much better without 38J breast implants weighing her down.
'My back feels awesome,' she said. 'Clothes fit unreal and when I'm talking to people they aren't just staring at my t**s.'
She added: 'My goal is to just tone things down to a point that when I speak people will see me, not my surgeries.'
Mary first became Internet-famous in 2018 after getting an illegal procedure to create 'the world's fattest vagin*' in a surgery which almost killed her.
'I almost died during the procedure. I had to get two blood transfusions,' she previously said.
'The doctor said I was losing so much blood, and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die.'
Mary grew up in a strict religious family, and as a child was forbidden from even watching kids' shows like Disney's That's So Raven.
She rebelled at age 12 when she became sexually active and started doing drugs.
'Twelve, thirteen were the wildest years of my life,' she said on the No Jumper podcast.
'I was doing lines of cocaine. I was going to school drunk, this and that, in grade seven and eight.'

By 17, Mary was working as a stripper, but she is now an OnlyFans performer after going viral on Instagram and TikTok thanks to her extreme surgeries.
'Luckily, because of [OnlyFans] I was able to stop dancing and escorting, which was making me depressed, so now I'm blessed enough to just live off that,' she said.
She had her first boob job at age 21 in Mexico by a local dentist, which was botched.
Over the years, her surgeries have included a brow lift, fat transfers, multiple nose and boob jobs, veneers, liposuction, cat-eye surgery, BBLs on top of butt implants, porcelain veneers and more.
As many of her surgeries were illegal, Mary travelled all over the world from Colombia to Russia to get different procedures done.
She almost died multiple times and at one point her buttocks started 'rotting' after she had illegal butt injections, which she sealed with superglue.
