yes trumpet is probably used because of band being in the last sentence and because you blow it to play it.
I don't know if he plays the trumpet, but I think it was just a topical play in words.

@gabbyi This is Korean hiphop lyrics, and I know it is quite explicit expression, so if you don't mind, could you explain it?

1. I searched some words. Is "band" here a slang which means "woman"?
2. Can "trumpet" mean "man"?
3. Then why did he say "do not worry, I'm just another man"?

no I think band here means a musical band.
no calling himself another trumpet is to say he's just another thing that can be blown. which in the context means he's just another man she can blow. also referring to himself as a object implies that he's not interested in anything emotional.

the "do not worry" is used to mean I don't care that you (lil boo thang) blew the rest of the band.

Thank you so much. Let me ask one more question.
Then why "trumpet"? Referring to himself as a "trumpet" is because of the word "band"?
She blew the whole band except him, and he is kind of the member who plays the trumpet?

Yes, I guessed that it doesn't mean he really plays the trumpet, but it was just used because of the word "band" or "blow".
